It's called: One thing at a time.
You should try it. It's a great relief to only worry over the task at hand. I've decided I'm only going to drive myself to distraction by all this multitasking. I can't actually do everything so I'm going to stop trying. And I'm tired of starting the washer and coming back to it only to find I forgot to put the clothes in.
So unless you are on fire or missing a limb, please kindly wait your turn.
