a black screen and chippy paint

You might as well know, Steve and I purchased a TV and now have satellite TV.
It has been hysterical hearing people’s reactions. What is the world coming to? The K’s got satellite.

You see, my old man just wants to watch some football. So football we shall watch.

But oh, now what to do with that big, black screen?! So, I had fun looking for a cabinet to put the TV on and considered every dresser and pie safe in the tri-county area. (Well, not EVERY one.) This is what I settled on.

Primitive perfection. You know, holding up a slick, high-tech tv screen.

Dreamy chippy paint.

I removed the top drawer for the components (probably should stain the board I used as a shelf in a dark shade to conceal it a little better and neaten up the cords). And, oh, the three big storage drawers beneath!

I filled the drawer with berries and tucked it under my dining room hutch.

So, now you know.

I love the chippy paint. :) And I love how you used the drawer for the berries, so creative! :) Enjoy your TV! There are days ours doesn't get turned on but it's nice to have just in case haha. We don't have cable or even satellite though, just a digital antenna thing. Totally unheard of I know. :)
