School at Home

Here's a snapshot of what school looks like at our house. Sometimes it is chairs and books and structure--just like you'd expect. Sometimes it's stolen moments to catch up on a reading we missed or copywork that got overlooked. Sometimes it's Bible at breakfast and math before lunch and a grocery trip in between. Sometimes it's reading snuggled in bed. Sometimes it's narration standing in the kitchen while mom makes lunch. Sometimes it's noisy and chaotic. Sometimes it's quiet and peaceful. Every day it's different. That's a guarantee. This is a bit of yesterday.

Makenna at the table.

Math at the coffee table in front of the fire.
From left to right: Maya. . .

Maddie . . .

Remi . . .

Charlie, never one to be left out.

And then this.
(This may be more than you care to stick around for but I could listen to this all day.)
