I’m not sure I could say I will ever LOVE the mess that accumulates around the house—but I am resolved to make peace with it. The fact remains that Homeschooling = Mess! So, the war against all things dirty and grimy will be postponed until further notice. At the very least we maintain these daily habits to keep things in order.

1. Make your bed.
2. Swish the toilets and wipe down the sinks.
3. Clean the kitchen and entry floors.
4. Windex the storm doors and sliders.
5. Take the laundry to the laundry room.
6. Wash, dry, fold and put away one load of laundry a day.
7. Pick up toys and clutter before bed.
8. Leave a “clean” kitchen at night.
