Of all the trips we have or could possibly make, it’s days like these at home that I like the best. We played a very chaotic game of LIFE; I made an old-fashioned lunch of pork chops, real mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, and steamed green beans; the girls helped me make cinnamon applesauce; and we did our lessons around the fireplace in the afternoon.
