I had a pedicure last week and watched closely. I knew the girls would be clamoring for flowers on their toes too. I used a stylus and the blunt end of a paintbrush to make dots of various sizes with different colors of nail polish and craft paint. They made the perfect little dotted flowers and leaves for such tiny little toe nails.
It's a girl thing.
