A Confession... and a cry for help.

Being the city girl that I am, I have always resisted country music of all types. However, WCOL is the only station that comes in clearly from the radio in my kitchen (except for 610, but they ruined 610 for me when Glen Beck shot his mouth off and they ditched him) and I found The Man in Black (Johnny Cash). Although I still don't understand the affinity for songs about hunting dogs and broken down pickups, I have found I often identify with the themes and values depicted in these songs and the songs are, in general, kid friendly (as opposed to, say, Green Day's American Idiots).

So, there it is. I LIKE COUNTRY MUSIC.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery.

I am not sure how I feel about this.

I mean I like Rascal Flatts because you have to support the Ohioians but overall I'm still borderline.

Does Steve know you like the Democrats because most country musicians are Dems *cough* Dixie Chicks *cough*?!
