I can't tell you who it is. She made me promise not to tell anyone. She was quite traumatized by the event! Seriously.
Apparently when she was brushing her hair she couldn't reach under the back. So it looked brushed on top, but underneath it all was a disaster brewing. I worked out 3/4 of the knot in about a 1/2 hour and decided to cut the rest.

only one of them has that much hair anymore....I'm pretty sure. OOOOOH!!!
